Spectator Info

Below you will find some basic info about the weekend.

If you have any questions, please contact our info!

Info

Lahti Sports Center is located right next to the city center. You can put the address Salpausselänkatu 8 on your navigator. The most convenient way to get to the Games is to walk from the centre (approx. 10 min) or from the train station (approx. 20 min).

There are two entrances to the area. The main entrance and ticket office are located in the immediate vicinity of the Salpausselänkatu and Svinhufvudinkatu roundabout. There is no ticket office at the entrance from Hämeenlinnantie, so if you arrive through that route, you must have purchased a ticket in advance.

You can only enter the competition area with a competition ticket. Ticket and security checks take place at the entrances. If you have bought a special priced ticket, please be prepared to prove your right to a reduced price at the gate.

We recommend getting the ticket in advance, because a 5 euro service fee is added to the ticket price when buying at the gate.

Please note that dogs are not allowed in the area.

IMPORTANT! Keep your entrance ticket with you. You will need it if you exit the area and wish to re-enter later. Please let us read your entrance ticket to re-activate it.

We recommend using public transportation, check the transport routes in the local transport company’s route guide.
